📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

⏱ Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing (where available)
Total estimated delivery: 8–12 business days from order date

💰 Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Damaged orders: Please photograph the damage and contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
